As part of a Microsoft 365 restructuring initiative at Greenfield University in Chicago, we utilized the Shoviv OneDrive to OneDrive Migration Tool to transition faculty and staff data between tenants. The tool performed exceptionally well, enabling us to migrate multiple user accounts concurrently while preserving folder structures and file permissions. Its advanced filtering options allowed us to selectively transfer only the necessary data, and the incremental migration capability ensured efficiency without duplication. The intuitive interface and straightforward setup made the process smooth, even with limited technical intervention. Shoviv proved to be a reliable and effective solution for large-scale OneDrive migrations in an academic environment.
