Bij de installatie krijg ik de fout. Ik heb de scanner via mijn vaders werk, bij hem werkt hij wel dus het zou niet aan de scanner moeten liggen.

Ik heb de nieuwste versie van internet explorer. Ik hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen. Ik heb wel graag een virusscanner op mijn laptop:)

Ik heb trouwens windows xp. Als jullie meer informatie willen, moet je het vragen, ik heb er namelijk niet heel veel verstand van...
