Description

Maar wanneer een technisch onderlegde slechterik draadloze netwerken hackt om frequenties te gebruiken die alleen door katten en honden worden gehoord, manipuleert hij ze in conflicten en is de wereldwijde strijd tussen katten en honden TERUG AAN. Nu zal een team van onervaren en ongeteste agenten hun ouderwetse dierlijke instincten moeten gebruiken om de orde en vrede tussen katten en honden overal te herstellen.
